Howdy, Partners!!
Join us as we gallop through the wonder-filled Wild West, where our friends at Wonder Junction will teach us about the grandest wonder of all--Jesus Christ! Each day, we'll dig deeper into answering questions like:
- What amazing things happened at Jesus' birth?
- What was Jesus like as a child and teen?
- What wonders occurred during Jesus' ministry years?
- How were Jesus' death and resurrection like no other?
- What should we be doing as we wait for Jesus' return?
Each child can expect to receive:
- Take-home bag filled with souvenirs
- T-shirt
PRIZES will be given throughout the week for our daily Cool Contest winners. The days will be filled with worship, Bible lessons, group games, science activities, crafts, snacks, and lots of outdoor fun or indoor gym time on those rainier days.
Our program is available for those entering JK to grade 6. Our days will be packed with activity and teaching, so for the younger ones in particular, we highly recommend putting your kids to bed early each night so that they can return to us the next day refreshed and ready to learn more!
Schedule:
- Tues., Aug. 5th to Fri, Aug. 8th from 9am to 3pm (please arrive no later than 8:45am)
- Doors open at 8:15am and breakfast will end at 8:45am.
- We provide plenty of nut-free snacks and lunch is included! (For those who have very severe allergies and complex dietary restrictions, we may ask you to bring your own food).
- Sat., Aug. 9th from 10am to 11:30am
- Please save this Saturday!! This is a special event where we invite all the families to join us for a time of celebration as we send your children off, pray over them, and conclude the program with awards and team pictures.
Fees:
- $150 per child
- Sibling Discount ($10 off for first sibling's fee; $20 off for second sibling's fee; $40 off for third sibling's fee)
- Example for a family registering 4 children:
- Child #1 costs $150
- Child #2 costs $140
- Child #3 costs $130
- Child #4 costs $110
- The total cost for 4 children will be $530 ($150+$140+$130+$110).
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. However, to keep our registration costs affordable to most families, we do purchase most of our materials largely in advance. We have therefore setup this cancellation policy timeline to ensure we can continue to execute a well-organized program:
- Cancellation by February 19th - full refund
- Cancellation by March 16th - 75% refund
- Cancellation by April 13th - 50% refund
- Cancellation by May 11th - 25% refund
- Cancellation after May 11th - no refund
Registration will close once capacity is reached. We always recommend people to register as early as possible. If registration is closed and you wish to be placed on a waitlist, please contact our Children's Ministry Director, Cynthia, at cynthiawong@gospelcitychurch.ca. Should more spots become available, you will be notified in order on the waitlist.
